Drs app on Friday

I'm just a little nervous about my drs app on Friday. I think she'll try and listen for a heart beat with the Doppler thing but I'm so nervous about her not finding on. I really want an ultrasound in a week or something so I can announce to everyone and not have to worry about hiding it and about my stomach cuz I have some extra blub but I've noticed today I'm much in the middle and lower down so my stomachs already changing an I'm only 9 weeks yesterday, 2nd pregnancy though.
