Endometriosis

Hi ladies. I have just had a call from my doctor as they suspect I have endometriosis. I have read up on this but wanted to hear if anyone else has experienced this condition? My doc is sending me to a gynaecologist. What happens please? Me and my oh are trying to get pregnant with our first. Am I affected by this? I fell pregnant in November but miscarried in January. Any experiences you can share would be so much appreciated. I'm nervous as hell that I won't be able to give my fiancée the child we both want so badly.
