hey mamas! i’m 39w2d and still not dilated. my midwife said it’s because my baby’s back is on my right side (ROA position). Has anyone been successful in turning their baby to where their back is on the left? help! i don’t want to be induced!

My baby was sunny side up and I had to get a 4th degree episiotomy bc they couldn’t turn her. There was nothing I could do unfortunately ☹️

You can try getting on your hands and knees and rocking your hips back and forth or try bouncing on a birthing ball
