Is sweating at night normal?

Today I am 4 weeks and 1 day pregnant. Me and my fiancé sleep with the air on 67 degrees, and I'm usually cold while I am sleeping, yet every day for the past couple of weeks I have been waking up sweating pretty perfusly on my back. I wasn't sweating like this before I conceived. Is this normal? Does anybody else experience this during pregnancy?

Oh yes it's normal. Your hormones are changing and sweating is part of that. Wait until your third trimester , I seem to get worst then. 😳 I was sweating like a pig every night. 😝but it is worth it when you see their cute little face.

I did & it's not uncommon! I was due & had my son in November & I was still hot & sweating a lot all the way through the end. It actually got worse as time went on! I was pretty cold-natured before I was pregnant.

My son is 2 1/2 now & I still get "hot flashes" occasionally & my body temperature overall stays higher than pre-pregnancy. My son also gets hot easily & sweats at night. My doctor & my son's pediatrician both say that the 2 are related.. So strange!

Oh my 67 is so low!! We have ours set to 75 at the lowest and I'm cold in that lol I'm also living in Florida so maybe my body is just more in tube to it. I do remember when I grew up in Michigan though that my parents would have it at 65 and that felt the same to me as 75 here lol I'm also 25 weeks pregnant today and I do occasionally wake up in hot sweats.

Your body temperature  rises slightly when  you are pregnant. I've read it can rise up to 1 degree higher

I sweat often at night because of blood sugar issues. Maybe get yours checked just in case.
