Unmotivated crossfitter 😩 help!!

So I am a crossfitter and my first trimester was so bad, I barely got into the gym. I lost a good amount of weight including the majority of the muscle I had worked so hard to get.

Im back at the gym now but I’m really struggling to stay motivated. I went from doing RX moves to modifying everything way down. I’m so used to seeing results but I don’t see any changes anywhere and I feel like I’m getting weaker! Every time I go in it feels like things are harder to do.

I’m just really miserable and as I’m in the 7th month, I don’t want to stop now. I guess I just need a cyber hug and someone to tell me they’ve experienced this and it gets better!
