I cut back and had a miscarriage. Then I quit altogether and had another one.  I'm missing my coffee, thinking of letting myself go back to my one cup in the mornings, it really makes the morning nicer.

I think maybe I do it because I was so hyper vigilant the first time around, and I miscarried anyway. Then again, I tend to drink less caffeine than is considered dangerous. (8 oz of coffee 2-3 times a week, and maybe a cup of tea on other days.)

I was only drinking a cup a day before u found out I was pregnant and stopped immediately once I found out and still miscarried at 6w 3days. My gyno said I could have kept drinking the one cup and it wouldn't have made a difference
