I have type 1 herpes and had my first outbreak down there just after New Years. Almost right after my first OB ended, I noticed a puffy, itchy patch of skin on my pubic area close to my vagina. Since then it’s become pinkish, flaky and spread in size. At one point it was almost scaly looking and I’m not sure if this is a normal herpes symptom or if there is another cause. From what I’ve read, nothing lists anything like this as a herpes symptom😰 has anyone else had something like this due to an outbreak?
