I am seeing such a common concern of mother’s-to-be when their care provider predicts a ‘big’ baby, which then leads to so much intervention. I understand that some times it is needed but for the majority I’ve read that “they got it wrong and baby was much smaller”. Duh. I find it frustrating that they’ve been fear mongered into in-necessary intervention instead of natural birth. Our body is amazing and can birth without the need for medication and someone’s hands inside. I feel so much for so many mothers when reading these stories.
