Rant!

Okay, this is going to be a total rant but here goes.....

I was pregnant with my first child a few months ago. Found out I was miscarrying in November and had to have a D&C.; I’ve been finding it really hard to deal with if I’m honestly. So it doesn’t help when the midwife calls to ask why I missed my scan. Having to explain to her that I’ve had a miscarriage. Even though she told me it should be on my records!

I then had a random call from my doctors today (booked an appointment for next week for my smear), asking me if my appointment was for my whooping cough injection. I explained that no it was in fact for a smear text. She then told me I CANNOT have a smear while pregnant. GOD SAKE!!! I’m not bloody pregnant anymore.. thanks for bringing it up again!! If that wasn’t bad enough I’ve actually been to my doctors at least 5 times with infections since the miscarriage and told them each time I’d had one. They have it on my records and keep bringing it up!!
