Obstetrics appointment UK

Hi, I've just had a letter come through the post for a obstetric appointment when I'll be 21 weeks. is this normal practice in the UK? I'll be having my 20 week scan just 4 days before this appointment which I thought was strange but at my 13 week scan I was told I had a bicornuate uterus but it was nothing to worry about (although Google says different) just worried now as to why I've been given this appointment if it's nothing to worry about. 😔
