confused an a lil tmi

so I tested yesterday, I went to throw out my trash from the bathroom this morning. My test was on top there was a faint second line. . . I know there's such thing as evaps but I've honestly have never gotten an evap line on the fifty million test I've ever taken. also I have been having white creamy discharge when i pee as well on my underwear the only time I've had that was whenever I've been pregnant, I'm going to test in the morning again fingers crossed also I'm two days late but that can also be stress.
