I got my son a shirt that says “every player needs a team mate” and has the Detroit redwings logo, then on the back it says soon to be big brother. I had him wear it in front of both grandparents to see how long it’d take for them to realize it

We made onesies for my in-laws because it is their first grandkid. My mother-in-law's said what happens at mamaw's stays at mamaw's. For my father-in-law said Papaw's little helper.

We went to Starbucks right before meeting my mom and stepdad and had them write ‘grandma’ and ‘grandpa’ on their cups, so we got to wait until they noticed and figured it out 😊

I got them a newborn sized onesie that said “Guess what?”

For my fiancé's parents, I gave them a box and said it was a thank you gift (they just helped us move.). Inside I put a pair of pink booties and blue booties.  No words required.  Made his mom cry 😊
