I posted this in another group as well but, I’m a teacher, so naturally, I’m exposed to every illness on a regular basis. I’ve believed that I’ve had bronchitis and was going to see a dr about it today. Woke up with 101 fever... Turns out, I HAVE THE FLU!!! The dr was really nice. Seemed very concerned about my health as well as the health of the baby so I felt comfortable trusting her judgment. I’m just really nervous about all of the prescriptions I was given with how early I am in my pregnancy. I was given tamiflu, for obvious reasons as well as an antibiotic to help clear up any potential respiratory infections that I’ve been concerned about. She assured me that they are pregnancy friendly. But I’ve also been having to use albuterol in my nebulizer for asthma daily, due to the fact that I’m sick. I’m just typically one to take the route of natural medicine and don’t want to harm anything with my baby since it’s so early and all of the baby’s vital organs are now forming. I am supposed to be taking these medications for 10 days. I have been managing my fever by drinking lots of water and Tylenol as well. Any advice? Tips?
