Bf doesn't want me breastfeeding??

So I talked to my boyfriend and he says he doesn't want me breastfeeding out baby. I'm going to because I feel there is no reason for me not too, but he isn't to happy and I don't get it!! I've asked him why and he says he doesn't really know. He thinks I won't be able to because my nipples are sensitive and I can't stand him playing with them. He was also a preemie and was brought up with formula. Has anyone else had a partner or family member that didn't want you to breast feed?
