My husband and I may be expecting.... unexpectedly. And if I am pregnant we can’t really afford for me not to work, I don’t have anyone who can watch our baby during the day and we can’t afford full-time day care. I get paid well so I don’t want to take a lesser paying job to work opposing hours with my husband because It wouldn’t help our cause. I am part time marketing and part time front desk help= a full time position. Would it be too much to ask to work part time- marketing only and work from home most days out of the week with the exception of agreed upon days or times? I’m wondering what is acceptable to negotiate with your boss in this situation? Open to all advise and personal stories. Thanks y’all.
