I sometimes get white-head pimples on the upper part of my vagina and I wanted to know if other people experienced this?

I recently went to the gyno and got std tested as well.. I’m just not sure if this is normal. I don’t shave too often but it’s embarrassing thinking about being intimate with someone and having a huge pimple the front and center. I tried popping it the other day and it just came back.
