Conception while sick....

Hello ladies, this is probably a really silly question but here it goes anyways... are the chances of getting pregnant the same even if you’re really sick at the time? I was in my peak fertile window this past weekend; we managed to BD Friday and Saturday but by Sunday I was so sick with a fever, a cold, and insomnia (it all started Friday night but was the worst Sunday/Monday). I’ve been taking cold & flu meds since Saturday... really hoping my chances of pregnancy are all the same. Thanks :)
