Mine aren't ever really sore. Even when my milk was coming in they weren't that sore. But while pregnant they get sensitive. But nothing during my period.

Mine get sore near and on the first two days of my cycle. Then I'm okay after. My sister in law said that when she was pregnant, before testing, her boobs were sore and they never did that before so she figured she might be expecting.
