Bleeding after sex (25 weeks)

I wasn't concerned at first because me and my bf like it rough and there's usually some spotting after every time. But I woke up 20 minutes ago to use the bathroom and noticed more when I wiped a few times and also in the toilet. I think it stopped now. I called in to my doctor's office and the doctor on-call said to wait until after 8 and call in again. But I really was fine until I called and now I can't stop crying.
