Should I get new shoes or wait?

I’m 22 weeks pregnant and the shoes I have are just fine but I keep hearing about how my feet will swell up and I’ll go up a size or two and stay like that a few months post pardom. So should I just just buy cheap ones when my feet swell up and wait to buy the cute shoes until after the swelling goes down? Cause I don’t wanna have to get more than one pair of the cute ones cause they are expensive

My feet didn't change size at all. I did want shoes that were easy to slip on at the end but that's just because it was awkward to bend down

I’m 38 weeks Saturday. I just started swelling today actually but I never needed new shoes.  It’s different for everyone. I bought new Toms tho only bc I wanted to be more comfy :)

Not everyone’s feet change sizes. My feet did swell some towards the end of my first pregnancy, so a lot of my shoes were uncomfortable, but they were back to normal within a month or so of giving birth.

my feet were never swollen till after my c-section and then that was only for like 4 days and they went right back to normal. I wore my slip on chucks and flip flops my whole pregnancy.

I'm almost 37 weeks and all my shoes still fit fine.
