Evening Primrose Oil?

Ladies who’ve taken it. Is it ok to start evening primrose oil supplements on CD 11? Reason I ask is because some women start taking it on cycle day 1 but I heard good things and want to start today. I’m irregular and trying everything I can to up my chances of conceiving this year.

I’m also going to take

Folic Acid

B12 vitamins

& Geritol if I can 😂

Help!!!!!
