Sequential Screening???

Question

Does anyone know if the ultrasound tech is allowed to tell you if any abnormalities are found in the genetic screening? or do you have to wait until the following doctors appointment? I'm so nervous I don't want to have to wait a month until my doctors appt to get the results. I just wanna know my baby is healthy 😓

If you took your blood test a week before the ultrasound they should be able to tell you right away. For ours he just had to go get the printout. The results are from the state, so the tech just puts in the measurements and then the calculations tell you your risk. Since it is just a screening, they can not tell you for sure if you do or do not have abnormalities just your risk assessment. They explain it all at the appointment. Hope this helps
