4 weeks and spotting?!?

Im having some period like pain and i’m spotting. What does this mean ??? I’m so scared that I’m gonna lose the baby 😥😥

Mild cramping is very normal, especially in early pregnancy. A tiny amount of spotting can be normal also, but it's always worth mentioning to your doctor. It never hurts to call and ask.
