So after labor I did a little pumping while at the hospital I wasn’t able to breastfeed after that. Now I’m at home and my breast feel vertically uncomfortable. How do I remove this milk? Do I leave it or pump it out? If I do will it keep storing it? Idk what to do my breast are all caught up with milk? How do I stop the milk from storing into my breast if I’m not breastfeeding or pumping any more?
