Well at my last appointment my doctor slightly hinted (very nicely and professionally) that I was gaining to much weight to fast by telling me I had gained 10lbs in a month, an should try walking about a half an hour extra every day. I work 5 days a week and walk about 4miles a day when I’m at work so I don’t want to do that. So what did I do? I went on a gestational diabetic diet, 180 carbs a day from 3 meals and 3 snacks. I have only felt hungry once an that was because I had a poor breakfast choice, 1 week post appointment and I haven’t gained any weight :). An I know I’m okay bc I was 160lbs before getting pregnant so a bit heavier than needed and as of today I’m 191lbs. So I would say I’m okay to lose a little weight.
