Could I have 1 glass of wine?

I'm 4 weeks pregnant and my boyfriend and I are planning a trip to visit a friend, they're going to be getting drunk and I was wondering if it's safe to have a single glass of wine.

This argument has been completely debunked over and over by the scientific community. There is zero reason that you can't have a glass of wine or beer every now and then. ZERO.

I wouldn't as of right now.... it's still REALLY early in the pregnancy and the first 12 weeks are crucial to baby's development and you dont want anything to affect it right now.....So I would wait until later on

I got bombed and then found out I was pregnant two days later.  I told my doctor in complete panic and he said the first 6 weeks really won't affect the baby.  If you're having a drink to keep suspecting eyes away just remember a glass of wine is actually only supposed to be 4oz not the 6-9oz they serve at restaurants.

My doctor told me at 4 weeks it is fine to have 1 drink and it won't make or break anything. (I was going away to a bachelorette party) Many people don't even know they are pregnant at 4 weeks and go get wasted.
