Elderberry/Zinc Lozenges?

Has anyone checked with their doc if these are OK? I know Elderberry is fine, but they have some Zinc as well. Just wondered if anyone already knew before I ask my nurse bc she often gets confused by the more holistic stuff...

Ingredients are:
60mg (100%) vintamin C
5mg (33%) Zinc
12.5mg Organic Black Elderberry
Organic tapioca syrup
Organic cane sugar
Water
Natural flavors
My only concern would be if you can have too much Zinc while pregnant? The package says to ask your doc before using.
My toddler and husband both have colds!

Can you post a picture or list of the ingredients, please? I'm assuming I'd eat those without worrying, but I would look at the ingredients before deciding. Haha.
