So much pain

I am 37 weeks and in SO MUCH PAIN. My lower abdomen and vagina feel like they are being stabbed with razor blades. Every time the baby moves it's excruciating and nothing is bringing relief. The pain is not rhythmic and this is my second pregnancy so I know what contractions feel like...although I was induced with my first. I have been about 2cm dilated and 80% effaced for 2 weeks now, this pain started in the middle of the night last night. Is this just baby engaging? Is it the start of labor? My OB isn't available and I would have to go to labor and delivery if I went in...should I go in? I hate having false alarms but OMG this hurts!! Lol and my baby shower is this evening...so I really don't want to miss that! Lol ahhhh what should I do?! Idk if this is normal or not!
