Working Out in Early Pregnancy?
Hi Everyone! I just found out I am pregnant with my first baby , which I’m super excited about, and based of my last period which was Jan 5, I am 5 wks and 6 days! And my first appt is Feb 20. So I workout all the time, but since I’ve found out last Saturday I am super sketchy if i can still work out because of how early I am and if I need to cut my time down at gym. And the best things to do or should I not workout until I’m in my second trimester? Please help me out. Thank you ladies!
