Anybody else?

I'm always bloated and cramping from all the gas if I'm sitting down its fine it's when I'm walking around that it gets worse and can't seem to pass, me and my husband were in Boston and had to sit a couples times to help me pass gas! Lol! No matter what I eat I'm gassy and or bloated constantly I'm 11 weeks and 1 day

I found out I was eating too much fiber?! Stretching helps ! And like the other comment, ginger really does help! I make curry with chunks of ginger in it every week☺️

I know the feeling doesnt get any better im 34W+4D i dont know if you can get something to help with the gas you would need to speak to midwife/doctor anything with ginger is good to help pass gas or constipation one of the down falls in pregnancy im afraid but it will be worth it.
