Lactation Supplements??!!

Hey Ladies, what lactation supplements do you recommend to build my supply back up? My goal is to be able to store half in freezer while also being able to bring to my daughter in the NICU. My supply is low and seems like it is getting less and less! Please help!

Oh! And don’t get stressed out, in between nursing as much as you can pump for at least 15-20 minutes. That will signal to your body to make more milk. 
Seriously you need to drink at least 64 oz of liquid a day (coffee,tea, lemonade). I have also heard that RED Gatorade is a milk booster as well.
