If i passed my 3 hour glucose test at 26 weeks is it a safe bet i wont develop it later on?

I passed flying colours at 26 weeks but this was done earlier than usual

You can still develop it. I’m slightly overweight already prior to getting pregnant and i passed my glucose test and they figured i was going to fail and mentioned checking me again later on in pregnancy just to make sure i don’t develop it later on.

Yeah my husband asks this all the time. he says I can still develop gestational diabetes after i passed the 3 hour test but I think that's very unlikely or they would make you do more tests, right?

Don’t think they would have done it then if it wasn’t going to be accurate
