baby sex was wrong... expecting a boy, had a girl.

Has anyone else had the experience where their ultrasound was misread? We had our babies sex determined during an ultrasound as a boy. Super excited, because I always wanted a boy and my SO already had a daughter. We spent the entire pregnancy chatting about our 'son'. Fast forward to delivery, skin on skin time with my new baby, feel some pee a few minutes in, look and see that this is not a little boy..... None of the medical team even checked. So we are now navigating a new 'new' reality with the most gorgeous little girl. I just wanted to hear any stories about others experiences, feelings they had or how it affects their SO. Or anyone who can speak to any impact on the LO going forward.... Little Olive checking out her new room. Oh and she's 4 days old today
