Tone of voice

I have a 10 month old I have to constantly say his name go after him to keep him from trouble always no no or stop. The thing I'm concerned about is that I'm in my first trimester im 5w.4d could my tone in voice or screaming lead to a miscarriage?? How can I avoid a miscarriage? I really want to have a safe pregnancy but with a toddler on board and being a single parent I constantly do everything on my own... You please help
