Whatever’s in the fridge

I had no idea what I was going to make, but someone posted chicken in a creamy white sauce & ive been wanting to try it since I sAw it but wanted to use up everything in the fridge before getting more groceries. I had like 2/3 of a tiny ass heavy whipping cream bottle, a few slices of mushroom & peppers. & half a bag of green beans... I made it work🤷🏻‍♀️

Seasoned the chicken mushrooms & peppers in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, chili powder & Cilantro. & i used what was left in this seasoning packet

This packet lasted me 3 meals, so I used whatever was left to season the chicken. Moved the chicken to a bowl & pour in heavy whipping cream I had about 2/3 of a small container left... scrape the flavor off the bottom of the pan.. I added some milk because I didn’t have enough cream(unless you have 1.5-2lbs of chicken skip this step, I had a lot of sauce to chicken ratio)

i mixed 1tbs of flour in water to thicken it? Honestly it’s all I had and idk if it made a difference or not? The cheese made it thick enough.. I added shredded velveeta cheese & a Mexican blend cheese, seasoned it some more & added the chicken. I could’ve drank the cheese sauce by itself lmfao
