Yes. My body changed and the patch stopped working, so I got pregnant. It's actually more effective then the pill. On the PPH website it states 1 out of 100 women will get pregnant on it ( probably more like a handful actually). I enjoyed it, but didn't realize it stopped working. No biggie tho.

I was ten pounds over the recommended weight (though I was unaware) and I got pregnant twelve years ago. Now, it's like pulling teeth to get pregnant. Irony

Yes, the patch is 87% effective if used correctly. So therefore if the patch falls off or other reasons for the patch to not work, it can cause one to get pregnant. (I work in an OBGYN office) I am a health educator.
