4w1d lower back pain

I miscarried in November and just found out I'm pregnant again. Is lower back pain normal this early?? I had back pain & cramps when I miscarried at 5 weeks.... and I'm just nervous that the back pain is an indicator of miscarrying again. I dont have cramps, but I also have no other symptoms of pregnancy besides really tired. It's also a week earlier than the first time I found out. Anyone else really uncomfortable?
