Suggestions?

I am having some of the worst cramps that I have ever had. I went to the doctor and she thot it was my appendix and had me get tested because the cramps began b4 the bleeding (days before, and the bleeding was late from my schedule). The doctor gave me 2 different pills to take for the pain and it is not helping. I went for a walk and it seems to have made it worse. I am bleeding a bit heavier than normal- wondering if I should take a non prescrip with the prescrip? I have used a heating pad and ice/hot rub but it is not helping.

What do you do for when you are cramping? Anyone else have hard ones? I asked the doc if I had endometris, but she wouldnt answer me.
