Do it when you want! We announced to our parents at 6 weeks and social media at 8 weeks. We knew that the chance for miscarriage is higher during this time, which is why many people tell you to wait, but we wanted to celebrate our little baby as long as we were blessed with our baby! We have a healthy baby boy on the way and everything is going great, but for us that's what felt right. Listen to your heart :)

You have to do what’s right for you, but just know it’s a possibility, especially before you’ve even seen a heartbeat...
Most pregnancies will end happily, but ours unfortunately did not. One thing I was very grateful for was that we had not announced to anyone yet. We were able to pick and choose who we wanted to tell about what happened and at our own pace. We are personally very private people, so I couldn’t have handled having to go to everyone telling them about our miscarriage. (I had normal scans at 4 and 6 weeks. At 8 weeks, no heartbeat)
