I really need help ladies CM/Implantation??

I had a positive opk on 2/5 and started cramping on 2/6 in the morning and I’m sure that when I ovulated. I baby dance a day before my positive opk.

On 2/12 at 7 DPO I believe to have implantation bleeding but not so sure when I wipe nothing came out I check my cervix with my finger and cm mix with blood came out. Nothing happened so far I don’t have symptoms besides my boob feeling like pms is coming

Well I took a test today and so far nothing I took a shower and check my cervix and brown discharge came out not so sure what to think at this point.

Could it just possibly be implantation or AF coming ? I am currently 11 DPO today
