Implantation?

Okay so, boyfriend and I had sex 1 day before I ovulated according to Glow. 7 DPO there was a small (dime size) reddish spot mixed into my discharge. I had a yeast infection at the moment so I wasn't sure if it could be from that, but I hadn't had any other bleeding before or during the yeast infection. So just wondering if that could possibly be implantation bleeding? It wasn't a lot and didn't happen again afterwards. Thanks in advance 💕
