Diarrhea = Low progesterone

I have been looking into the signs of low progesterone because I had a miscarriage before and I had diarrhea every day before that, I thought was just morning sickness. But now it seems it’s a sign of low progesterone? I have it again every day now and I am 5 weeks pregnant and worried about it . Any info 😊
