Is this what a miscarriage looks like?

To those of you who have weak stomachs click off.

I’ve seen posts with pictures like this and the comments always say miscarriage and I’m worried if that’s what this is or if it’s just a big clump of tissue

I’ve had things like this before but much smaller

My period came exactly on time and I had every normal symptom I have no reason to think I may have been pregnant but...
