What should I do?

I play a lot of sports, and some of my uniforms are white and I’m worried I’m going to bleed thought it, what should I do. BTW I don’t wear tampons,,,,, also I do swimming, what should I do?.

I know how you feel. When doing your sports wear a thick pad with 2 pairs of white underwear underneath as your shorts are white. That will make sure it doesn't move and your pad isn't visible through your shorts. As for swimming, usually the compression of the water will stop you bleeding. And when you get out and dressed put a pad on straight away. I've found this works for me.
