1st time

Hello everyone😁 this is my first time using this app I have been trying to get pregnant for seven years never took any birth control I have one child I had him when I was 18 he is seven years old now I have gained a lot of weight from 18 to 25 I'm slowly losing it a fear of going to the doctor because they tell me not to get pregnant because of my weight I'm in embarrassed I don't know what to do I had a small family growing up I want to expand mine soon😔
