Okay so this is my first pregnancy and im 38+6 I’ve been having a few little pains that feel like period pains and constipation and they make my tummy tight, I’ve had about 5 times a day since 36 weeks I’d say but I literally get one or two and that’s it , but I’m lying here now trying to go to sleep and they’re practically constant , lasting about 20-30 seconds , 10 seconds apart ! They just won’t stop , I’ve tried moving and drinking some water, it’s also putting so much pressure on my bladder !? Are these pains still braxton Hicks ???

UPDATE : 23 mins later and they’ve stopped now , I’d still like to know what everyone thinks though, but I’m going to finally try and sleep !
