Hey y’all! i wanted to make this post for you guys because this recipe was TOO easy and uses minimal equipment! (i’m no Betty Crocker either)

I’m 16 weeks pregnant & i don’t think i’ve ever been this hungry in my entire life! 😩😂 (if this baby is less than 10 lbs i’m going to be completely shocked) This baby has been CRAVING BREAKFAST like CRAZY! I’ve been wanting biscuits and gravy for weeks but want to have more than that (i’m telling you nothing is enough for this baby)

I only have two stove burners, a toaster oven (no oven it’s never worked) and a small crockpot! (and income is very low all my meals are struggle meals...i can make the best struggle burger)

So today i made the yummiest concoction!!

A breakfast casserole that i’ll top with white gravy and serve with biscuits

ALL YOU NEED IS

a packet of gravy (you can even get a can i used the packet gravy on thanksgiving and it was delish)

biscuits! (i bought premade frozen biscuits i’ve learned cooking dough in the toaster oven doesn’t work too well.. but maybe itsjust me)

a roll of sausage (i used maple because yum)

6 eggs

shredded cheese (i used cheddar)

optional: spices, milk (i always put milk in my eggs)

hashbrowns (any potatoes will do i even thought about making this with homestyle potatoes)

TO MAKE

First brown up your sausage while that’s happening butter your crockpot and throw your potatoes in on the bottom.

whisk together milk and eggs and pour that in your crockpot top the with some cheese!!

then add in your sausage and some more potatoes and MORE CHEESE

let her cook in the crock pot for 4 hours

then before she’s done start on your gravy and pop ya buns in the oven!

Serve with gravy on top and biscuits on the side (or make biscuit sandwiches my BF is planning to do that LOL)

everything is still cooking so i’ll update you when it’s plated! I also wanted to post this because i genuinely LOVE this app and all of the inspirational women here! I swear i’m subscribed to EVERY group just because i love reading the posts and gaining new info on babies and TTC and everything else you lovely ladies bring to the table! if it wasn’t for this app I think i’d feel more alone in the TTC journey i went through and this NEW pregnancy thing. i love relating to the posts and stories (i also love hearing how similar our SOs are).
