What does YOUR OB/Midwife consider Full Term?

Personally, my OB considers 37 Weeks to be full term. So I’m going off what he tells me.

Full term is 39 weeks. It’s not really a personal choice your doctor gets to make, it’s a set time period set by ACOG.

In the medical field we don't start adjusting age unless babies are born 36 weeks and younger. At 37 weeks, they keep it as term babies and you're right they are considered early, full and late term but I don't document it that way

37 weeks is term. If you go into labor naturally at 37 weeks or after, they won't try to stop it. But FULL term is 39 weeks. Meaning they won't induce or c section you until 39 weeks unless medically necessary.
