Crib or pack n play?

So we currently live with my parents and have a master bedroom and once the baby is born he/she will be staying in our room until we move. So I’m wondering what would be more beneficial for the baby a crib or pack n play?

I vote crib. I had both and didn’t use the back and play. They are in the crib for at least 2 years.

We’ve only used a pack and play. Never bought a crib.

We just had our baby at the end of December and we’re in a small apartment. We have plans to get a bigger place as soon as our lease is up and didn’t want to move a crib and we can’t really fit one. We got a bassinet instead and I love it.

Pack n play, we didn’t even buy a crib until our baby was 4 months old.

Either would work if you get a crib get a converter crib they are worth it!

Pack n play at least until you move. My son was in a pack n play in our room for 9 months. His crib would have never fit. The pack n play barley fit we had no room to move around.
