not actually a pregnancy question unsure where to ask
hi ladies some of you this won't be your first pregnancy so I'm hoping you can advise me. I had my little boy Friday and had a grade 2 tear and im extremely swollen. any natural remedies you can recommend? I can't obviously sit in a bath as I'm fully stitched up thank you
